| Due to the nature of these items, all products are available for purchase by persons 18 years of age or older. Written parental consent is required for all customers under 18 years of age. Payment options available include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, certified cheque, money orders, cash (for local orders only) and bank transfer. Please contact us for banking information if you wish to pay via bank transfer. Payment can be made through PayPal to sales@richardsherrysmagic.com. We do not accept payment by installment. Payment is accepted in full at time of order with shipping due at time of shipment or with 50% of order total paid at time of order and remainder plus shipping due at time of shipment. Please note the method of payment on your order email. For credit card and PayPal account holders an invoice will be emailed to you. If you wish to pay by certified cheque or money orders we will contact you with the order total. |

Shipping |

Shipping prices vary for each customer based on items purchased and shipping location. Shipping is not included in any of the prices listed. We will calculate the correct shipping costs when you contact us. Products will be shipped with UPS after final payment has been received. Any products that exceed UPS weight restrictions will be shipped with a carrier that services your region. In some circumstances, duty and/or customs charges will apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes does not accept any responsibility for any of these charges.
We are not responsible if the shipping company does not deliver the order within the time frame which was originally quoted. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes is not responsible for any shipping delays or damage. All items are shipped FOB, Freight on Board, meaning that as soon as the item leaves the manufacturing facility Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes is free of all liability for loss or damage caused in the shipping process. The customer takes full responsibility for the item once it has left our manfacturing facility. Shipping charges are based on the day quoted and are subject to change when the final product is shipped due to changing fuel costs. If shipping charges paid are higher than the total, actual cost of shipping the difference will be refunded. The purchase of insurance is encouraged for the shipping of your item. The cost of insurance is in addtion to the cost of the item and the shipping charges. |

Deposits |
|
|
Production of order will commence when the deposit has been received. The desposit is 50% of the order total before shipping costs have been added. Deposits are non-refundable.
When the order is complete the customer will be notified and the remaining payment must be made within 1 month or the order will be sold to recoup costs. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes will not store finished products unless an agreement has been made between Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes and the customer. If additional or incremental payments have been made but the order has not been paid in full within the 1 month period, the order is null and void and all money is non-refundable. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes has the right to sell the manufactured order to recoup any losses after the 1 month period. |

Other Terms and Conditions |

All orders are non-refundable, all sales are final. No exceptions will be made. Items cannot be returned to Richard's Sherry's Magic and Escapes without prior written approval. Items that have not been approved for return prior to shipment will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Advice will be given as requested and based on our many years of building and performance experience. It is the discretion of the purchaser to take the advice or choose to have the prop customized to their own specifications, if possible. Once a prop has been customized and built the purchaser takes full responsibility for the use, workings and performance of the piece. Under no circumstances is Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes responsible to augment or fix the prop if the purchaser later discovers their specifications are wrong, faulty or render the piece inoperable. |
