All products manufactured by Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes include a 1 year warranty. We have taken every possible precaution to ensure that our products are free of manufacturing defects. We are only responsible for rebuilding or repairing (at our discretion) items that that have a manufacturing defect. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes is not responsible for rebuilding product that has been custom made to operate differently from the original creation that does not allow the performance intended by the purchaser. Please include the product purchased, date of purchase and a detailed description of the defect found.
Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes shall repair or replace warranty items at our discretion. All shipping costs (including duty if applicable) on warranty items shall be the reponsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item(s) are packaged properly for shipping. Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes will not repair damage caused by shipping the item(s) to and from the manufacturing facility. If the prop has been poorly packaged Richard Sherry's Magic and Escapes will complete the warranty work and properly package the prop for return shipment. All costs of materials to properly package the item(s) for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. The item(s) will not be returned until this has been paid in full.
Any misuse, neglect or alterations made to items by the customer voids the warranty.
